Definition

What SearchAnalysis.io Is

SearchAnalysis.io is an indexing platform that gets your URLs indexed and tells you what is indexed and what dropped out. It sends each URL to the Google Indexing API and to Bing through IndexNow, then confirms indexing with the Search Console URL Inspection API. Access is invite-only today, through a waitlist.

The first pillar is submission. You add URLs by single entry, bulk paste, CSV upload, sitemap import, the REST API or MCP tool calls, and every submission becomes a batch with its own page. A batch holds up to 10,000 URLs. A URL already tracked on your account inside 30 days is skipped and reported, and it is not resent to Google or Bing.

The second pillar is verification and monitoring. Each Search Console inspection stores Google's health snapshot: verdict, coverageState, robotsTxtState, indexing state, the Google-selected canonical and the last crawl time. After a URL is Indexed, SearchAnalysis.io inspects it again every 7 days for as long as the site is connected, so a page that drops out shows amber Not indexed.

The product tagline names both pillars in four words: "Get indexed. Stay indexed." SearchAnalysis.io is for people who run many sites, from agencies managing client sites to publishers, SaaS and ecommerce teams, and developers who publish from CI or AI agents.

3channels

Status rows per URLSearchAnalysis.io tracks 3 channels for every submitted URL, so the Google Indexing API, Search Console and Bing each report their own status.

10min

To first inspectionSearchAnalysis.io runs the first URL Inspection about 10 minutes after submission, so you see Google's first verdict without waiting a day.

7days

Between deindex rechecksSearchAnalysis.io inspects every Indexed URL again every 7 days, so a page that falls out of Google's index shows up as a deindex event.

Principles

Principles Built Into Every Status

SearchAnalysis.io follows 6 principles, and each one maps to a behavior you see in the product today.

Green Means Verified Indexing

Turns a URL green only when the Search Console URL Inspection API confirms it: a verdict of PASS or a coverage state that says indexed. A Google Indexing API notification that returns HTTP 2xx shows as Processing (ping accepted), because the notification does not confirm indexing. Green means verified and nothing else.

Published Limits Before You Submit

Prints the numbers that bound your work: 200 Google Indexing API publish requests a day per Google Cloud project, 2,000 URL Inspection checks a day per property, and up to 10,000 URLs per batch. The product quotes Google's documented scope for the Indexing API and labels each URL Eligible, Best-effort or Unknown after reading its HTML for JobPosting or BroadcastEvent structured data.

Published Limits Before You Submit

Google and Bing Quotas Respected

Schedules every send inside the quota. URLs over the day's Google Indexing API quota wait for the next UTC window and keep their place in line, URL Inspection stays under 600 checks a minute per property, and IndexNow sends stay inside a budget of 10,000 URLs a day per property. Transient errors (429, 5xx, network) retry after 30 minutes.

Google Tokens Encrypted at Rest

Encrypts Google OAuth tokens at rest with AES-256-GCM and decrypts them only in memory at call time. You connect Google with OAuth and pick the matching Search Console property: a domain property (sc-domain:) or a URL-prefix property.

One Status Language for People, API and Agents

Uses one set of states everywhere: Queued, Sending, Processing, Indexed, Failed, Dropped and Cancelled. The web app, the REST API v1 and the remote MCP server all report per-URL, per-channel state, so a person, a script and an AI agent read the same answer.

Free Tools That State Their Limits

Tells you what the free indexability checker cannot see. It checks one public URL for page load, redirects, robots.txt, indexing directives, canonical and content, and it states plainly that it cannot tell whether the page is in Google. That answer needs Search Console URL Inspection on a verified property.

Claims SearchAnalysis.io Will Never Make

SearchAnalysis.io publishes what it cannot do. Google decides what it crawls and indexes, and nobody can guarantee indexing.

Guaranteed Indexing

SearchAnalysis.io never promises that a page will be indexed. Google decides what it crawls and indexes, so the product submits, inspects and reports what Google returns.

A Ping Counted as Proof

An accepted Google Indexing API notification or IndexNow notification shows as Processing. Neither one is ever shown as Indexed, because an accepted notification does not confirm indexing.

Indexing API Reach Beyond Google's Scope

Google documents the Indexing API for pages with JobPosting or BroadcastEvent embedded in a VideoObject. SearchAnalysis.io reads each page for that structured data, labels the URL Eligible, Best-effort or Unknown, and never claims more reach than Google documents.

Index Status From a Free Check

The free indexability checker reports whether a page loads, passes robots.txt, carries no noindex and names itself as canonical. It never says whether the page is in Google, because that answer needs URL Inspection on a verified property.

“The Indexing API can only be used to crawl pages with either JobPosting or BroadcastEvent embedded in a VideoObject.”
