Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SearchAnalysis.io (the "Service"), operated by Robert David Orr, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and SearchAnalysis.io. We may update these Terms from time to time, and your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Service Description

SearchAnalysis.io is a URL indexing submission platform that helps website owners accelerate the indexing of their web pages by search engines. The Service provides:

  • URL submission to search engines including Google, Bing, Yandex, and Seznam
  • Integration with Google Search Console for sitemap import and URL inspection
  • Real-time monitoring of indexing status across multiple search engines
  • Bulk URL submission via manual entry, CSV upload, or sitemap import
  • Property management and organization tools
  • Automated daily sitemap synchronization

The Service relies on third-party search engine APIs and services. We do not guarantee that any URL submitted through the Service will be indexed by any search engine. Indexing decisions are made solely by the respective search engines.

3. Account Registration and Responsibilities

To use the Service, you must create an account through our authentication provider, Clerk. By creating an account, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
  • Maintain the security and confidentiality of your account credentials
  • Promptly update your account information if it changes
  • Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account. If you are between 13 and 18 years of age, you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

  • Submit URLs to content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable
  • Submit URLs that contain malware, phishing pages, or other malicious content
  • Use the Service to engage in spam, including the mass submission of low-quality, duplicate, or auto-generated content
  • Abuse, exploit, or circumvent the search engine APIs accessed through the Service
  • Attempt to bypass rate limits, credit restrictions, or other usage controls
  • Use automated scripts, bots, or tools to access the Service without our prior written consent
  • Impersonate another person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service or its underlying infrastructure
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service, other accounts, computer systems, or networks connected to the Service
  • Submit URLs for websites or properties you do not own or have authorization to manage
  • Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation

We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action against anyone who violates these restrictions, including suspending or terminating access to the Service and reporting violations to law enforcement authorities.

5. Credits and Billing

5.1 Credit System

The Service operates on a credit-based system. Each URL submission to a search engine consumes credits. Credit allocation varies by plan and may be subject to change. Free credits may be provided upon account creation or through promotional offers at our discretion.

5.2 Payments

All payments are processed through Stripe. By purchasing credits or subscribing to a plan, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service. All prices are displayed in US Dollars unless otherwise stated. You are responsible for any applicable taxes.

5.3 Refunds

Credits that have been used for URL submissions are non-refundable. Unused credits from paid purchases may be eligible for a refund within 14 days of purchase if no submissions have been made with those credits. Refund requests should be directed to support@searchanalysis.io. Free promotional credits are non-refundable and have no cash value.

5.4 Subscriptions

Subscription plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

6. Google Search Console Integration

The Service offers optional integration with Google Search Console via OAuth 2.0. By connecting your Google account, you authorize the Service to access your Search Console data as described in our Privacy Policy. You may revoke this access at any time through your Google account settings. We access only the minimum data necessary to provide sitemap import and URL inspection features. We do not modify your Google Search Console settings or data.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Our Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, code, documentation, logos, and trademarks, is owned by SearchAnalysis.io and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.

7.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of the URLs and website content you submit through the Service. By submitting URLs, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process, transmit, and store those URLs solely for the purpose of providing the Service. You represent and warrant that you have the right to submit the URLs you provide and that doing so does not violate any third-party rights.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Without limiting the foregoing, we do not warrant that:

  • The Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
  • Any URL submitted through the Service will be indexed by any search engine
  • Indexing results will be achieved within any particular timeframe
  • The Service will meet your specific requirements or expectations
  • Third-party search engine APIs will remain available or function as expected

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SEARCHANALYSIS.IO, ITS OWNER, AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

  • Your access to, use of, or inability to access or use the Service
  • Any conduct or content of any third party on or related to the Service
  • Any URLs not being indexed or being de-indexed by search engines
  • Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content
  • Changes to or discontinuation of third-party search engine APIs or services

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE LIABILITY, OR ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SearchAnalysis.io, its owner, and its affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party right, including any intellectual property, property, or privacy right; or (d) any claim that your use of the Service caused damage to a third party.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Breach of these Terms
  • Abuse of the Service or its underlying APIs
  • Fraudulent activity or suspected fraud
  • Extended inactivity
  • Request by law enforcement or government agencies

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at support@searchanalysis.io. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Any provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnification, and limitations of liability.

12. Service Availability and Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service. We may also impose limits on certain features or restrict access to parts of the Service without notice or liability.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in Texas, and the arbitrator's decision shall be binding and enforceable in any court of competent jurisdiction. You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis and not as a class action.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving its original intent.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and SearchAnalysis.io regarding your use of the Service. These Terms supersede any prior agreements, communications, or understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter herein.

16. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. For significant changes, we may also notify you via email. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must stop using the Service.
